B. Teeple

With over 35 years of financial, operational, and general management experience, Bill Teeple brings to Executive Solutions an extensive background in senior management leadership and real-world expertise in operational and financial challenges. Teeple's areas of expertise include financial restructuring, corporate turnarounds, general management, and complex business transactions, particularly in Europe, Brazil, Japan, and Canada.

Before founding Executive Solutions, Teeple was chief financial officer of Moll Industries, Inc., a multi-million dollar, multi-national, plastics injection molding manufacturing firm that developed significant restructuring needs. From 2000-2003, Teeple worked with a small team that completely redefined the company, culminating in its successful emergence - in a record ten months - from a Chapter 11 filing that restructured the company's debt.

From 1988-2000, Teeple was chief financial officer of The Stackpole Corporation, a Tier I automotive supplier. In 1993, he was instrumental in taking Stackpole's Canadian subsidiary public on the Toronto Stock Exchange, helping it grow into a major vendor of advanced powder metal components.

Before joining Stackpole, Teeple was chief financial officer of Nashua Corporation, a NYSE company in the coated paper products, computer products, and copier services industries that had complex financial turnaround issues. Teeple led the corporation's successful emergence, continuing to run the company's computer products division for another six years.

A retired U.S. Army officer, Vietnam veteran, and graduate of Bucknell University in economics, Teeple began his career with U.S. Steel Corporation. He was at International Paper for seven years - becoming controller of its $500 million container division which had plants in the United States, Europe, and the Caribbean - and Monsanto, serving as director of finance for the company's international operations and, ultimately, for its entire worldwide chemical operations.

Over the years, Teeple has served as chairman and trustee of Southern New Hampshire Regional Medical Center and on the boards of several companies in the rubber, chemicals, plastics, and mechanical control systems businesses. He currently serves on the board of directors for Stanton Chase International, a global executive search firm.
