D. Lu

Dora Lu brings to Executive Solutions a unique blend of international qualifications and expertise. Born in Beijing, China, Lu came to the United States in 1985 and graduated in 1990 with a degree in accounting from City College of New York.

Upon graduation, Lu traveled to Toronto and spent 11 years advancing into numerous managerial accounting positions within Stackpole Limited, a major Tier I automotive supplier of advanced power metal parts. Her accomplishments in the areas of cash management, credit, accounts receivable, and working capital control made Stackpole Limited a model for automotive suppliers throughout North America. Her relationships with the major Canadian banks allowed Stackpole to maximize both its foreign currency positions and income from investable cash.

Lu's varied background includes retail management for a women's apparel store in Toronto, serving as an underwriting analyst for AIG Group, and being an integral part of the Rockefeller Foundation's grant application review process.

Lu is fluent in English, Mandarin Chinese, and several Chinese dialects. Her accomplishments include receiving two recognition certificates from Dun & Bradstreet for her collection and receivable management credentials.
