J. Sprouse

With approximately 20 years of domestic and international financial and accounting managerial experience, Jimmy Sprouse brings to Executive Solutions proficiencies in capital restructuring, court-protected restructuring, divestitures, tender offers, mergers and acquisitions, transaction analysis, due diligence, and transactional accounting. He is highly skilled in external reporting - including financial statement preparation, SEC filings, and press release procedures - as well as internal reporting. He has a thorough understanding of United States GAAP, as well as exposure to Canadian, French, and United Kingdom GAAP.

Before joining Executive Solutions, Sprouse was corporate controller of Moll Industries, Inc., a multi-million dollar, multi-national, plastics injection molding manufacturing firm. From 1998-2003, Sprouse helped restructure the company's capital structure under court protection, significantly reduced the company's debt, increased emphasis on balance sheet management and handling of vendor relationships, and managed the consolidation of two corporate accounting sites. Sprouse also helped negotiate the purchase and sale agreement, and preparation of purchaser due diligence, of a $50 million subsidiary.

For 11 years prior to Moll, Sprouse was in audit and business advisory management for Arthur Andersen. For firms across manufacturing, distribution, real estate, and publishing industries, Sprouse served clients having single to multi-national locations and revenues from $10 million to $1 billion.

His key accomplishments included assisting one client with the merger of 14 companies as the parent company was issuing an initial public offering; identifying accounting and business issues resulting in a $10 million client savings on a significant acquisition; assisting a foreign-owned client in completing its inaugural stock offering on a United States stock exchange; and assisting another client with stock registration on the London Stock Exchange.

Sprouse earned his undergraduate degree in business administration from the University of Tennessee. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants.
