S. Shukla

Having enjoyed many years of achievement at senior levels throughout the world, Subhash Shukla brings to Executive Solutions a wealth of commercial experience and the corporate governance skills to effect change and effectively manage diverse and complex international organizations. He has worked in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and India.

Shukla couples these corporate skills with strong entrepreneurial qualities, evident from his key role in establishing London-based Judicium Legal Services Ltd. as a leading legal consultancy firm and the U.K.'s number one, online, legal services provider. He was one of the company's founding members, raising its initial private equity funding and installing a strong management team and panel of eminent legal advisors. He remains chairman of the company.

From 1993-2000, Shukla was president of Ricoh (U.K.) Ltd. where he doubled market share and raised revenues from £30 to £85 million. Prior to this, Shukla was European marketing director of A-M International based in Holland and managing director of Nashua (U.K.) Ltd.

Between 1972 and 1989, Shukla had a long and successful career with Xerox Corporation. While working for its U.K. subsidiary, he was successively regional controller, regional manager, and U.K. marketing manager. He was subsequently assigned as general manager, Nigeria where, in a difficult environment, revenues grew rapidly under his leadership. Returning to the U.K., Shukla served as director, European Supplies Division, generating revenues of $500 million.

Currently, Shukla specializes in computer systems, consultancy, and software development services for the aerospace, defense, and communications industries. He also acts as the principal European representative for BAeHal Software, an Anglo-Indian joint venture based in India. As a result, he is well-placed to advise on offshore business process outsourcing.

Shukla is a graduate engineer and holds a masters degree from Warwick Business School (U.K).
